Police update 1: Appeal for information on Suspicious fire at Lowood

Detectives are appealing for information following the deliberate arson of three police cars at Lowood Police Station on November 3.

The vehicles were found alight at the rear of the building shortly after midnight, causing significant damage.

There was no damage to the main station building and no one was physically injured.

As part of ongoing investigations, anyone with CCTV footage between 11pm on November 2 and 1am on November 3 from the below locations is asked to contact Lowood police:

– Railways Street, between Station Street and Lindemans Road

– Peace Street

– Main Street, between Michel Street and Prospect Street.

– Ramsey Court.
