A 56-year-old man has died following an alleged incident at The Pines, near Millmerran, on Sunday, April 2.
It will be alleged at approximately 9.30pm, a dispute occurred at an address where the 56-year-old man sustained a significant injury to his hand caused by a long-bladed weapon.
The 56-year-old man was initially taken to Toowoomba Base Hospital in a critical condition but has since passed away from his injuries.
Investigations are ongoing.
