Northern Territory Police have charged a man in relation to the fatal crash near the community of Hermannsburg earlier this year.
A 43-year-old man was arrested yesterday in Alice Springs and charged with two counts of negligently causing serious harm.
He was bailed to appear in Alice Springs Local Court today.
Detective Senior Sergeant Brendan Lindner said, "Major Crash detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
"The man charged overnight is an employee of the tour company but not the driver of the bus.
"Police expect additional charges related to the death of a passenger and other injured passengers to be laid at a later time."
