Floods have caused extensive damage to the rail line between Adelaide and Perth which will remain closed for repairs until further notice. From 21 January all items are being transported by road. Mail and parcels sent prior to this date will also be transported by road, but additional delays may be experienced.
Floods have also damaged the rail line between Adelaide, Alice Springs and Darwin. Mail and parcels are being delivered by road, but delays of a few days should be expected.
