Notice is given of an application made under the Local Government Act 2009 for temporary road closure of Lavell Road, Gordonvale, adjacent to lot 133 on NR2557, lot 29 on NR1074, lot 78 on NR975, lot 1 on RP717057 and lot 2 on RP717057, as shown in the aerial photo.
Should this application be approved, the road area will no longer be available for public use and a road permit will issue to the applicant to allow exclusive use of such road area.
Any person who may consider their interest is affected by this application is required to submit their written objection by close of business on 2 October 2020 quoting reference 19/28/301 to Cairns Regional Council.
