Major Crime Division and Cannington Detectives executed a Misuse of Drugs Act search warrant at a premises on Briggs Street Welshpool around 9.30am this morning, Wednesday 16 October 2019.
At the address, around 50 cannabis plants were discovered growing inside a room along with an amount cannabis leaf material. A number of bicycles were also located and these are believed to be stolen.
A 45 year old man is currently assisting police with their investigation.
