Second Release Set at Kalgoorlie's Yilkari Park

  • The 12 industrial lots are being offered by pre-sale at DevelopmentWA's Yilkari Industrial Park
  • Yilkari is a 138-hectare general industrial estate located on the corner of Great Eastern Highway and Anzac Drive in Kalgoorlie
  • The estate will ultimately deliver 120 general industrial lots
  • Several lots from the initial release in July are under offer, prompting an expedited second release

The Cook Labor Government has released the second tranche of general industrial lots at Yilkari Industrial Park following strong demand.

This marks a major step forward in the strengthening of the Goldfields economy. Stage 1 delivery was enabled by $20.8 million in funding from the State Government.

Formerly known as Anzac Drive West, Yilkari Industrial Park, is a 138-hectare general industrial estate. Civil works, which began in April 2025 with contractor Ertech, are progressing well.

Second release lots range in size from 2,249 square metres to 1.2 hectares and are expected to attract strong interest from both WA-based and interstate businesses.

The 12 available lots will be offered by pre-sale in October 2025. All lots will be serviced with power, water, NBN, and have direct access to the RAV10 heavy vehicle road network.

Titles are anticipated in July 2026.

The development is forecast to attract around $260 million in private investment and create more than 700 construction jobs over the next decade.

Once fully developed, it is estimated Stages 1 to 3 lots will support industrial/commercial uses and provide more than 870 on-going full-time jobs, with businesses operating having an annual economic output of $328 million.
