A second teenage boy has been charged after another boy was allegedly assaulted at a railway station in Sydney's west last week.
Just after 2pm on Friday 4 September 2026, emergency services were called to Seven Hills Railway Station, following reports of an assault at a platform.
Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were told a 15-year-old boy was allegedly assaulted by two teenagers – known to the boy - before they left the scene prior to police arrival.
The boy was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics with head and facial injuries before being taken to a hospital for further treatment.
Officer attached to Police Transport Command were later notified and commenced an investigation into the incident.
Following inquiries, a 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged on Tuesday (8 September 2026). He is due to appear at Children's Court on Friday 25 September 2026.
About 3pm yesterday (Wednesday 9 September 2026), police arrested another 17-year-old boy at Parramatta Police Station.
He was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company of other(s) and refused bail to appear before a children's court today (Thursday 10 September 2026).
