Mornington Peninsula Produce (MPP) is back with new and exciting initiatives for 2023 – catch them at the Red Hill Show on Saturday 11 March!
Since it's conception in 2016, MPP has come a long way!
Today, 53 local producers have united under the provenance banner to lead the way in reducing food miles, seasonal eating, and giving consumers confidence when buying local.
Together, they are helping to position the Mornington Peninsula as Melbourne's food bowl for sustainably grown and sourced produce.
This year, we're asking the local community to come together to celebrate the region's sustainable food identity and the producers behind the fresh, quality food on the Peninsula.
You can meet many producers from the MPP community and learn more about the trademark at the upcoming Red Hill Show on Saturday 11 March.
Find the MPP team and producers at the Mornington Peninsula Paddock, where there will be workshops, local food and drink stalls, a presentation and tastings from chef Simone Watts and several guest speakers. Richard Cornish, award-winning food writer, will be the MC for the day.
