There has been one new case of COVID-19 today. There have been a total of 704 cases notified in South Australia.
Today's case is a male child who acquired their infection overseas and have been in a medi-hotel since their arrival.
Western Australian Health has recently identified a number of COVID-19 public exposure sites, which can be found on the WA Health website.
Anyone who has travelled to South Australia from Perth or Peel region since 17 April must get tested for COVID-19 as soon as possible and isolate until you receive a negative result. You must also get tested on day 5 and day 13.
A new Direction took effect from midnight and anyone who has been in Perth or Peel region are not permitted to enter South Australia from 12:01am Saturday 24 April. Essential travellers are permitted, but must isolate for 14 days.
