The hugely popular Spring Fair will return to Jack Mundey Reserve on Saturday 5 September, bringing a bigger and brighter day of family-friendly entertainment, food and community activities.
The annual celebration of Bayside's diverse culture will be held across Jack Mundey Reserve and neighbouring Bridget Tight Reserve in Eastlakes from 11am to 7pm.
Visitors can enjoy a vibrant program of dance and multicultural performances, live music, free amusement rides and a special appearance by Bluey.
The festivities will conclude with a free outdoor screening of Goat, the heartwarming story of a small goat with big dreams.
A wide range of international and local food will be available throughout the day, offering something for every taste.
Council will have a strong presence at the event, with staff from the Youth, Libraries, Environment and Resilience, Engagement, Compliance and Waste teams on hand to help residents learn more about the services and programs available across Bayside.
The fair will also provide an opportunity for the community to connect with local organisations and discover the services, support and opportunities available in the area.
To help keep the event clean and sustainable, attendees are encouraged to dispose of waste responsibly and consider travelling by public transport, as parking near the venue will be limited.
