Council is aware of continuing discussions within the Robinvale community regarding the Robinvale pub site.
Unfortunately, as the site is private property, Council has limitations on what it can achieve, including being able to demolish the building.
Council would welcome development of the site, and has offered to work with the current owners to help in any way it can to achieve this.
The site itself poses no risk to the community's health and safety. The site is fenced off from the public, there are no loose materials, and the building itself is structurally sound.
Council hopes to continue to work with the site's owners to achieve a positive outcome.
