Superload move - expect delays

From Monday 1 to Thursday 4 June, the Department of Transport will be moving a superload from the Port of Melbourne to Loy Yang in Traralgon.

The entire load measures more than 100 metres from end to end and weighs approximately 640 tonnes. The size of the load means it can only travel up to 25km/h and may need to move to the wrong side of the road.

There will be delays on the road. Plan ahead and allow extra time.

For the safety of the community and escort crew, it's not possible to view the Superload when it's on the move or parked. Please stay well clear of the Superload.
