In the lead up to NAIDOC Week, over sixty five members of the Dunghutti Community will be lacing up their boots to compete in the Nations of Origin Sporting Competition.

The tournament will take place between 29 June and 2 July with participants competing in a range of codes including rugby league, netball, basketball and football.

The Nations of Origin tournament is a competition designed to promote reconciliation within communities by engaging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Aboriginal members in sporting activities through the PCYC.

Kempsey Shire Council wishes the best of luck to players, coaches and supporters representing team Dunghutti.

Well done to PCYC Kempsey and those supporting the event who have made this a reality.
