Teenager assaulted at South Perth

Cannington Detectives are investigating an assault that occurred in South Perth on Friday 18 September 2020.

Around 7.40am the victim, a teenage girl, was standing on Angelo Street, between Anstey and Strickland Streets. A man approached her and engaged her in conversation before assaulting her.

The man appears to have been in the area for some time before the victim arrived and had been sitting in a shopping trolley, talking to another person at the time.

He's described as 35-45 years of age, approx. 165 cm tall, with a large build and brown hair. At the time he was wearing a long sleeve jumper and shorts.
