Texas Students to Speak with NASA Astronaut on International Space Station

Students in Texas will have an opportunity next week to speak with a NASA astronaut aboard the International Space Station. The Earth-to-space call will air live on NASA television and the agencys website.

Nick Hague will answer questions from students from three schools in the Houston Independent School District (HISD) Davila Elementary, Deady Middle School and Milby High School at 12:20 p.m. EDT Wednesday, May 22. The district has partnered with the Office of STEM Engagement at NASAs Johnson Space Center in Houston, under a U.S. Department of Education Magnet School Assistance Program grant.
