Two-day festival of creativity returns

May'd Festival is returning to central Geelong for two days of locally made wares, live musicians, roving performers and interactive workshops this month.

The bustling makers market is an exciting opportunity to discover unique wares while supporting passionate makers, creatives, emerging and professional artists and students of art and design.

Twenty-five stallholders will showcase their products at Little Malop Street between Moorabool Street and Banks Place and the Centrepoint Arcade from 5:00pm to 8:30pm on Friday 26 May and 10:00am to 3:00pm Saturday 27 May 2023. Shoppers will be entertained by 20 performers over the two days.

The annual event encourages a design culture and works towards the community's Clever and Creative goals, reinforcing Geelong's status as a UNESCO Creative City of Design.

Entry is free and all items are for sale.

This year's stallholders were selected through an open Expressions of Interest process.
