Homegrown legend Jack Della Maddalena will headline UFC Fight Night in 2026 when it is welcomed back to Perth this year.
The proud West Australian and No.1 ranked UFC welterweight will take on No.5 ranked UFC welterweight Carlos "The Nightmare" Prates at RAC Arena on Saturday, 2 May 2026 in a highly anticipated matchup between two of the UFC's powerhouse top prospects.
Supported by the Cook Government, UFC Fight Night Perth 2026 is expected to attract thousands of UFC fans to Western Australia for the event due to Maddalena's local appeal and global profile.
The upcoming Perth Fight Night will be promoted to a massive global audience at today's UFC Fight Night Mexico City, which will be streamed internationally, showcasing Western Australia on the global stage.

Hosting UFC Fight Night Perth 2026 further strengthens Western Australia's momentum as the fastest growing events destination in the South East Asia region, following the record-breaking UFC Fight Perth 2025 and building on the success of UFC 284 in February 2023 and UFC 305 in August 2024 events which attracted thousands of visitors to the State.
Perth is also contracted to host a future UFC pay-per-view event, which will now take place in 2027, following the decision to secure this additional UFC Fight Night with Jack Della Maddelena on home soil in 2026.6
