The Major Crash Investigation Unit have charged a 17-year-old male in relation to an alleged hit and run which occurred in Casuarina on 4 October 2018.
The youth has been charged with hit and run cause serious harm and not stop or assist after a crash, Northern Territory Police say.
He has been summonsed to appear before the Youth Justice Court on 3 December 2018.
