We're holding an additional free vaccination session for Secondary School Students at Bayside City Council Corporate Centre on Thursday 30 October, between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.
These sessions are for secondary school students who have not received the vaccines offered as part of the National Immunisation Program (NIP).
While the vaccines are free of charge, bookings are essential, and a parent or guardian must accompany students under the age of 18.
Our immunisation nurses deliver the Secondary Schools Vaccination Program to all Bayside secondary school, but sometimes immunisations are missed.
Year 7 students are offered:
- HPV - Gardasil9 (Human Papillomavirus)
- Boostrix (Adolescent Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)
Year 10 students are offered:
- Meningococcal ACWY
