Updated of Emergency Management Covid Directions, South Australia

The Emergency Management (COVID-19) Directions 2021 have been updated.

A number of Emergency Management COVID-19 Directions have been updated including:

  • Emergency Management (Residential Aged Care Facilities No 44) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 (in effect 12.49pm 8 December);
  • Emergency Management (Education and Early Childhood Settings Vaccination No 2) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 (in effect 12.49pm 8 December);
  • Emergency Management (In-home and Community Aged Care and Disability Workers Vaccination No2) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 (in effect 12.52pm 8 December);
  • Emergency Management (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination No 4) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 (12.53pm 8 December); and
  • Emergency Management (Passenger Transport Vaccination No 3) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 (in effect 12.54pm 8 December).

Taking part in a COVID-19 vaccination trial is no longer a valid reason to be exempt from having a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine in the above mentioned Directions.

Other existing requirements remain.
