US State Dept's Bitter Heads to San Juan for Consular Affairs

Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs Rena Bitter will travel on February 7 to Puerto Rico to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the San Juan Passport Agency and engage with local officials.
