Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash which occurred in Warnbro on Saturday 9 December 2023.
About 4.20pm, a green Toyota Aurion sedan was travelling along Ennis Avenue when near the Safety Bay exit, the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
The 36-year-old male driver and sole occupant of the vehicle sustained critical injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
