Warnbro hit and run - pedestrian hit by motorcycle

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a hit and run crash that occurred in Warnbro on Thursday, 3 November 2022.

About 3.20pm, a man was walking his dog along Currie Street near the intersection of Evans Street. As he was about to step onto the kerb he was struck by a motorcycle travelling south on Currie Street.

The rider of the motorcycle did not stop and was last seen speeding along Currie Street.

The pedestrian, a 78-year-old man was struck by the motorcycle to his lower left leg causing serious leg injuries and he was conveyed by ambulance to hospital for treatment.
