Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kylie Powell.
A warrant has been issued for the 45-year-old woman's arrest in relation to failing to appear at court on theft and deceptions matters.
Powell is approximately 170cm tall with a solid build and dark shoulder-length hair.
She is known to frequent Braybrook, Fawkner and North Melbourne.
Investigators have released an image of Powell in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
