Around 7.45pm last night, 3 May 2020, Police and Department of Fire and Emergency Services were called to reports of a fire at a vacant home unit located on Lawler Street in West Perth.
Fire and smoke damage to the unit is estimated at $100,000.
The cause of the fire is being treated as suspicious at this time and Arson Squad investigators urge who saw any suspicious activity, persons or vehicles, or who has dash-cam vision of the street around the time of the fire, to come forward.
