Bookings are open for Council sportsgrounds and facilities ahead of the Snowy Monaro's winter 2024 sporting season.
Sporting clubs, teams and community organisations are reminded that it is mandatory to book the use of Council's grounds and facilities through our online booking platform at https://bookings.snowymonaro.nsw.gov.au
When submitting bookings:
- Book training days and times separately from competition days and times
- Specify in booking notes if bookings are for senior or junior training and games
- Book for the actual duration grounds will be used
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions before completing bookings
Clubs also need to record their usage of ground lighting on the Seasonal Sportsground Light Usage Form. This form requires:
- The sportsground
- Number of post lights used
- Date
- Time lights were turned on
- Time lights were turned off
Accurately recording light usage will allow Council to properly invoice clubs at the end of the season. Download the form online by visiting https://qrco.de/LightUsage
Printed copies of the terms and conditions, as well as the light usage form, are available from Council offices if required. Assistance with using the online booking system is also available by contacting Council.
Booking and registering is important, as Council schedules mowing and maintenance work for sportsgrounds and ovals based on the bookings received.
