The Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements will continue to explore the Commonwealth's role on Wednesday, 3 June 2020 with a focus on the Australian Defence Force's role in responding to natural disasters, including the 2019-20 bushfires.
The Commission expects to hear evidence from Australian Defence Force witnesses Vice Admiral David Johnson AO, Vice Chief of the Defence Force and Lieutenant General Greg Bilton AM, CSC, Chief of Joint Operations.
Wednesday's hearing will commence from 10:00am and will be live-streamed via the Commission's website.
