Applications are now open for junior doctor positions across metropolitan, regional, and remote hospitals for 2027.

The annual recruitment campaign aims to attract and retain junior doctors while continuing to boost Western Australia's frontline hospital workforce.

Positions across the health system will provide doctors with opportunities to gain broad experience in a supportive training environment, while working alongside experienced clinicians across a wide range of specialties and settings.

Junior doctors employed in WA Health also have access to a range of relocation, travel, and training support measures, alongside Commonwealth incentives for doctors pursuing general practice training.

The recruitment drive includes opportunities through WA Country Health Service, providing junior doctors with valuable rural and regional experience while delivering healthcare across regional communities.
