Women's Health Week 2026: Small Steps, Big Impact

To celebrate Women's Health Week from 7 to 11 September, we are inviting all women in our community to join us for health and wellbeing events.

This week encourages women to 'Do it anyway - taking small steps towards your health' through movement, fuel, rest and connection. Join us for a week of free and low-cost events, including a masterclass with physiotherapist, menopause practitioner and integrative nutritionist Kath Tsebelis. This campaign is led by Jean Hailes for Women's Health, and the 2026 theme is 'Do it anyway - taking small steps towards your health'.

Get involved, get active and make connections in your community while learning important health and wellbeing tips.

You can also check out our women's health reading list through the Boroondara library catalogue.
