Perth's offices were 84 per cent occupied on peak days in September and 68 per cent on low days, with an overall figure of 76 per cent.
City of Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas said this was great news for City businesses.
"Perth workers are returning to the office which is having a positive impact for businesses," Mr Zempilas said.
"In March at the height of COVID, occupancy was 45 per cent but has now bounced back to 76 per cent. We want that figure to continue to rise as we know having workers in the City is critical for the economy as well as productivity."
Mr Zempilas said the City of Perth was also focused on bringing people back to the City at nighttime and on the weekends.
"We've got a jam-packed calendar of events this spring and summer which will offer something for everyone.
"From the Twilight Hawkers Market in Forrest Chase to a new series of City of Light shows, from the Christmas Lights Trail to Fringe World, the City of Light will be buzzing this summer season."
