JAMA Network

About the Study: The results of this systematic review and meta-analysis show an association between alcohol marketing exposure and drinking outcomes across a variety of exposure types. Additional research is needed using single exposure measures that capture multiple marketing channels, to better address risk of bias, and to include studies from low- to middle-income countries, where alcohol marketing is expanding.
