APR Release Commitment

The NDIA monitors and reviews its price limits and controls and other market settings to determine if they are still appropriate. The Annual Pricing Review (APR) is an important part of that monitoring and review process.

Every year, the Fair Work Commission undertakes the Annual Wage Review which includes reviewing the National Minimum Wage and minimum rates of pay in modern awards. Price limits for NDIS supports may be impacted if there are changes to awards and wages paid to employees.

The NDIA cannot finalise the APR until after the Fair Work Commission has announced their Annual Wage Review decision.

On this basis, we have committed to releasing the 2024-25 APR within five working days from the announcement with all APR recommendations to come into effect from 1 July 2025.
