Armed robbery and unlawful use of a motor vehicle at Beenleigh

Police are investigating after a man was threatened with violence and his car was stolen at Logan River Road in the early hours of this morning.

Around 12.15am, a man approached another man and demanded the keys to his car.

An altercation occurred, and the offender produced a screw driver and made verbal threats to the victim to hand over his car keys.

The victim complied, and the offender fled the scene in the stolen car, a white Nissan pulsar sedan registration number 638KLH.

The offender is described as Caucasian, approximately 25-years-old with tattoos on both calves.
