Ashurst has advised La Banque Postale, La Banque Postale Asset Management, and Bpifrance on the structuring and implementation of a new €60 million financing tranche for the benefit of Helexia, a subsidiary of Voltalia and a leading player in the international energy transition. This financing aims to support the expansion of Helexia's portfolio of photovoltaic projects across Europe.
With this additional funding, Helexia will be able to deploy more than 250 new solar installations, mainly on rooftops and as carport canopies, spread across five European countries: France, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, and Spain. This transaction is part of the company's rapid growth momentum and demonstrates its ambition to play a key role in the decarbonization of European regions.
By renewing their support for Helexia, La Banque Postale, La Banque Postale Asset Management, and Bpifrance—long-standing partners—reaffirm their confidence in the company's sustainable development strategy and their commitment to the energy transition.
