Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Benjamin Jensen.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrant for deception and handle stolen goods.
Benjamin is described as Caucasian, 178cm tall with a thin build, blue eyes, mousey brown hair and a fair complexion.
He has a tattoo of three skeletons on his right thigh and lower leg and four unidentifiable caricatures across his upper back.
Benjamin is known to frequent the Boronia, Knox, Ringwood and Heathmont areas.
Investigators have released an image of Benjamin in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
