A boy found by police in Taree today has been identified.
Just before 11am (Saturday 15 May 2021), officers from Manning Great Lakes Police District patrolling Commerce Street located the boy, believed to be aged between three and four, and commenced inquiries to identify him.
About 1.30pm, the boy was identified and will be reunited with his family.
