Work will start early this year on the Bundacree Creek Bridge replacement on Minimbah Road, Minimbah.
A single lane bypass road and bridge will be constructed next to the existing bridge as a detour during the construction stage.
There will also be traffic control measures in place and motorists can expect to experience minor delays.
The ageing timber bridge will be replaced with a two lane multi cell box culvert with road approaches also upgraded.
Work is expected to start on 10 January with a completion date of April 2024, weather permitting. This project is fully funded through Council.
