CA Governor Announces New Diplomatic Appointments 23 May

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointments:

Graham Dattels becomes Representative to the Palestinian Authority. Mr. Dattels replaces David Da Silva.

Michael Gort becomes Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York. Mr. Gort replaces Richard Arbeiter.

Annabelle Larouche St-Sauveur becomes Consul General in Monterrey (United Mexican States). Ms. Larouche St-Sauveur replaces Sandra Shaddick.

Peter MacDougall becomes Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the Office of the United Nations and to the United Nations Conference on Disarmament, in Geneva. Mr. MacDougall replaces Leslie E. Norton.
