City Hosts Expo for Seniors & Disabled

The City of Greater Bendigo is proud to bring the Be Well Be Connected Expo for older adults and people living with a disability back to Bendigo for 2026 from 10am to 2pm on Thursday May 7 at the Fosterville Gold Bendigo Exhibition Centre at the Bendigo Showgrounds.

The expo is free to attend and will feature over 70 exhibits showcasing products and services that support positive ageing and living well in our community for people with all types of abilities.

Visitors to the expo will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with service providers, advisors, and community groups. They can also enjoy a coffee and light refreshments while being entertained by local performers.

City of Greater Bendigo Director Healthy Communities and Environments, Jess Howard said the City is proud to host the Expo to connect organisations, community groups and individuals with a network of available support and community activities to enjoy.

"The theme Be Well Be Connected is important, as it emphasises the importance of being well, connected and participating in the community," Ms Howard said.

"Everyone is welcome to come along to the Be Well Be Connected Expo. It is a great opportunity to learn about what is on offer in our region and to assist older people and people living with a disability in our community to be more informed."

Auslan interpreters will be available for the duration of the event. Accessible bathrooms will be available on site including the Marveloo portable Changing Places toilet featuring an overhead hoist, height adjustable adult change table, access ramp and automatic doors.
