We are pleased to announce the reopening of our customer service desk at the Civic Centre in Greensborough from Tuesday 15 December.
Our team is looking forward to being able to see you in person after all this time, although we encourage residents to continue to conduct Council business by telephone or through our website where possible.
The opening hours of the Civic Centre have changed slightly to 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Our call centre team will remain available to speak to you over the phone during our normal business hours of 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
The reopening of our office will be subject to a COVID-Safe Plan. There will be limited staff on site in order to maintain social distancing, so it may take a little longer than usual to see a member of our team, and we thank you for your patience as we adjust to this new normal.
Visitors feeling unwell for any reason must stay home. Our office is also going cashless, with payments accepted by EFT or online.
Over the Christmas/New Year period, the opening hours of the Civic Centre will be different to previous years.
The Customer Service desk will close on Christmas Eve, Thursday 24 December at 1pm and reopen on Monday 4 January at 9am.
But our call centre – while closed public holidays – will be available to speak with you on Tuesday 29 December, 8.30am-5pm, Wednesday 30 December, 8.30am-5pm and Thursday 31 December, 8.30am-1pm.
