Community Garden Born From Collaboration

An eyesore plot of land has been transformed into a thriving community garden thanks to the power of collaboration.

The University of Leeds and Leeds City Council worked alongside city partners, local businesses and residents to help create Seacroft Forest Garden.

Residents in the area demonstrated pride, resilience and a can-do attitude to deliver a resource that bolsters food security and promotes mental wellbeing.
