Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing man Ronald Pamplona.
The 24-year-old was last seen leaving his St Albans address about 11am yesterday.
Police and family hold concerns for Ronald as he has a cognitive disability and medical conditions which require urgent medication.
Ronald is described as 167cm tall with a slim build, short black hair and walks with a limp to his left side.
He was last seen wearing a black Adidas jacket, blue jeans and green vans and is known to travel on trains.
Investigators have released an image of Ronald in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Ronald is urged to call Triple Zero (000) or Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
