Detectives from Sex Assault Squad have charged a 33-year-old man in relation to an incident that occurred in Coogee Beach on Friday 12 January 2024.
It will be alleged, about 2.10pm the accused led a teenage girl into a male toilet block and sexually assaulted her.
The 33-year-old Victoria Park man was arrested and charged with one count of Sexual Penetration Without Consent.
He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court (Northbridge) today, 14 January 2024.
