On 8 March, Daniel Peat will speak at the 1st Annual Conference of the newly-established NATO Mission Appeals Tribunal (MAT), held in Naples.
The MAT, which was created in 2022, is an independent judicial body established in order to adjudicate appeals lodged by civilians hired in NATO missions against an administrative review decision of the Mission Commander.
