State Crime Command are seeking public assistance to locate a number of men wanted by virtue of outstanding warrants relating to organised crime related offences believed to be offshore.
Anthony Pele, aged 25, is wanted by virtue of outstanding arrest warrants relating to an alleged murder, conspiracy to murder, a public place shooting, drug supply and participation in a criminal group.
Rafat Alameddine, aged 35, is wanted by virtue of outstanding arrest warrants relating to alleged murders, a conspiracy to murder, drug supply, directing a criminal group and contravening a serious crime prevention order.
John Ray Bayssari, aged 35, is wanted by virtue of outstanding arrest warrants relating to alleged murder, a conspiracy to murder, drug supply and directing a criminal group.
Rabeih Baltagi, aged 30, is wanted by virtue of outstanding arrest warrants relating to murder, drug supply, and dealing with proceeds of crime.
Hussein Jaouhar, aged 38, is wanted by virtue of an outstanding arrest warrant relating to murder.
Maher Elabd, aged 31, is wanted by virtue of an outstanding arrest warrant related to murder.
Hussein Zayoun, aged 54, is wanted by virtue of an outstanding warrant related to murder.
Daniel Toutounji, aged 36, is wanted by virtue of outstanding warrants related to drug supply, directing a criminal group, and dealing with proceeds of crime.
Zoran Kisacanin, aged 39, is wanted by virtue of outstanding arrest warrants relating to drug supply, directing a criminal group, and dealing with proceeds of crime.
State Crime Commander, Assistant Commissioner Scott Cook, said today's public appeal is driven by critical operational priorities.
"We are releasing the names and faces of these individuals to assist our enquiries. Information about their movements or current location may be critical to progressing these investigations."
"We also want to make it absolutely clear that anyone assisting these men to evade law enforcement may be committing a serious criminal offence. If you are providing support, you should stop immediately and consider the consequences."
"The process for mutual legal assistance to return these individuals to New South Wales is underway, and we are working closely with our federal partners and international law enforcement agencies to ensure they are brought back to answer the serious allegations against them."
