Doggone Christmas thieves

Wyndham North Police are investigating the theft of an inflatable Christmas decoration from a Hoppers Crossing address last month.

It is believed two unknown men have attended the Parkside Walk address about 10am on 26 November while riding a white scooter motorcycle.

The offenders have stolen a large inflatable dog from the front lawn of the address before fleeing the scene on the scooter towards Carruthers Drive.

The scooter, with registration 1Z4FY, is believed to have been stolen from an address in Hoppers Crossing the day before.

Investigators have released CCTV and an image of two men who they believe will be able to assist with their enquiries.

The passenger is described as Caucasian and was wearing black clothing and a red helmet.

The rider was wearing black clothing and a black helmet.
