Arson Squad detectives are seeking information to assist in their investigation into a fire at a Primary School located on Sage Road in Thornlie last night (09/03).
Around 11pm, alarms at the school activated and police were notified. On arrival, police saw part of the school on fire and contacted the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES).
The fire destroyed a computer room at the school. The damage bill is estimated at $500,000.
Arson Squad detectives and DFES Fire Investigators will assess the scene to determine the cause of the fire.
