Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ethan Sawyer.
The 27-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear at court in relation to assault and theft offences.
Investigators have released an image of Ethan in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
It is believed he may be frequenting the Latrobe Valley, Mildura and St Kilda areas.
