Various European research and innovation organizations are presenting joint amendments to the European Commission's Framework Programme (FP10), which is currently under negotiation
Consensus within the European scientific and innovation community. Various organizations representing the sector have joined forces to present a set of amendments to the European Commission's proposal for the next Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10), which will replace Horizon Europe and is currently being negotiated.
The message is clear: Europe must move forward at the pace required by the current situation, and therefore it is necessary to have a framework programme that supports cutting-edge research and innovation and the technological and social development of the continent.
The associations that have joined forces to influence FP10, representing more than 900 universities and research centres, including the University of Barcelona, are the Conference of European Schools for Advanced Engineering Education and Research (CESAER), the Coimbra Group, the European University Association (EUA), the EU-LIFE alliance, The Guild of European Research-Intensive Universities, the League of European Research Universities (LERU), and the Young European Research Universities Network (YERUN).
